Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your leadership will drive organizational development, enhance workforce management strategies, and support our company's growth objectives. Responsibilities Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Administer employee benefits programs and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for accurate data collection and reporting. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering open communication skills across teams. Coordinate HR sourcing activities for staffing needs using platforms such as ADP or Paychex while maintaining administrative experience in data entry and contract management. Support change management initiatives by leading projects that improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness. Assisting Accounting Department Support core HR operations including compensation, benefits, leave adminstration, and employee records Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policies and HR program Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition using ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo; experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus. Strong background in benefits administration, payroll systems such as Paychex or UltiPro, and workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues tactfully and professionally. Familiarity with HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft; experience with data collection and analysis is essential.
