  • About the
Role:
  • Growing telecommunications company (50+ employees) seeks HR Manager to build and standardize our people operations. This is a unique opportunity to create HR processes from the ground up and drive digital transformation.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Partner with CEO to standardize hiring processes across all departments Manage ADP PEO relationship and research alternative providers Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to final interviews Transform paper HR files into modern digital systems Implement anniversary-based performance review program Handle employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance
  • What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience in growing companies Proven success in full-cycle recruiting (warehouse, sales, executive roles) Experience with HRIS systems and digital transformation Strong project management and process improvement skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience Comprehensive benefits package through ADP PEO Remote/hybrid work flexibility Standard company equipment provided Opportunity to build HR function from ground up Direct partnership with CEO on strategic initiatives
  • First Major Project:
  • Work with CEO to hire Executive Assistant and establish standardized recruitment process.

  • Salt Lake City, UT or Ohio preferred (competitive salary for all regions).
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
