Job Description

Human Resources Manager Salary:
$75,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support during employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations. Update and implement new policies and procedures. Collaborate with leadership and staff to strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Design and enhance employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, service awards, and internal celebrations. Serve as the primary administrator for the Paylocity HRIS, managing systems related to recruiting, onboarding, employee data, payroll, performance management, expense tracking, reporting, and offboarding.
Qualifications:
4+ years as an HR Generalist Knowledge of Paylocity is a huge plus #
