Human Resources Manager Confidential Coraopolis, PA 15108 From $24 an hour - Full-time From $24 an hour - Full-time About the Company We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Coraopolis, PA. We deliver Amazon packages by relying our strong team of drivers and delivery specialists. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to build strong people operations, support our drivers and staff, and help shape a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. Position Overview The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting frontline employees, and partnering with leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for drivers on a daily basis Interview a high volume of candidates each day Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Monitor driver timecards on a daily basis in ADP and complete payroll on a bi-weekly basis to submit to owners for approval Manage onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and unemployment claims Support managers with performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions Drive company culture and employee engagement programs Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-7+ years of HR experience (logistics, transportation, or blue-collar workforce experience preferred) Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience recruiting and managing hourly employees Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a growing company HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
