In this role, you will work across multiple locations and departments, ensuring our people operations are consistent, compliant, and built to scale alongside our business.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the HR lead across multiple hospitality properties, partnering with General Managers and department heads at each location Develop and standardize HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the portfolio Oversee full-cycle recruiting for both property-level and corporate positions Design and implement onboarding, training, and leadership development programs Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes Ensure compliance with federal, Texas state, and hospitality industry employment regulations across all properties Lead benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and HRIS management Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement) to inform company-wide strategy •
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting multi-unit or multi-property hospitality operations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field PHR, SPHR, or
SHRM-CP/SCP
certification strongly preferred Proven ability to build scalable HR infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-turnover industry Strong knowledge of Texas and federal employment law Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — essential for our El Paso market and workforce Excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
