We are seeking a Program Manager to support MSP operations onsite in either Aliso Viejo or San Clemente. This position plays a critical role in managing contingent workforce operations, supporting client stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience for suppliers, hiring managers, and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is looking for long-term growth within workforce solutions and program management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the MSP program team, client stakeholders, suppliers, and contingent workers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and program knowledge. Coordinate candidate interview scheduling, resume screening, and support the overall selection process. Ensure compliance with all pre-employment screening requirements and contractual obligations. Facilitate onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Address employee relations matters with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Maintain accurate workforce data within the VMS system and prepare workforce and HR-related reports as needed. Investigate and resolve payroll, billing, and compliance-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Support job description development, salary benchmarking, and performance evaluation processes. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to employment laws, program guidelines, and operational standards. Execute offboarding procedures including terminations, exit interviews, and required documentation. Assist with planning and representation at client meetings and events. Manage additional projects and operational initiatives assigned by leadership. Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, recruiting, staffing, or workforce operations environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Customer service-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. Preferred:
2-3 years of MSP program management experience. Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Account Management. Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Experience analyzing workforce data and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. Regular written and verbal communication with employees, customers, vendors, managers, and stakeholders. Ability to attend meetings in person and virtually using phone and video conferencing platforms. Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Travel:
