Job Description

On-site Program Manager BETA Systems International Bethesda, MD 20892 Full-time Full-time We are seeking a Program Manager to lead onsite Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staffing at the NIH Clinical Center. This is a full-time, onsite role with no remote option. Position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Manage staffing coverage across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Serve as the day-to-day liaison with NIH supervisors and the Contracting Officer's Representative Recruit and onboard MSA candidates; deliver resumes to NIH within five business days of a request Approve staff leave only after confirming trained coverage is in place Review and approve weekly timecards, including shift differential hours Conduct mid-year and end-of-year staff performance reviews Ensure all staff complete mandatory NIH orientation and annual training Attend weekly meetings with NIH and submit required reports on time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years managing staffing contracts in a clinical or government setting Familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to obtain an NIH Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge Work Environment Onsite in Bethesda, MD — Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Periodic schedule adjustments required to assess evening and night shift staff Must be reachable for staffing emergencies outside standard hours Position is emergency essential — must report during government closures and inclement weather B7v4g1DH6A
