  • 33/hour A well-established, rapidly growing organization is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition and HR team on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment. Strong performers may have the opportunity for contract extensions or permanent employment. What You'll Do Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including virtual, onsite, and panel interviews Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination for candidates and hiring teams Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records, job postings, and requisitions Respond to internal and external inquiries while providing exceptional customer service Assist with reporting, documentation, and HR administrative projects Support onboarding activities and other People & Culture initiatives as needed Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or a related administrative role Strong experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS, Oracle HCM, or similar systems are a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, polished, and customer-service-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Position Details Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Boston, Fridays remote Monday-Friday schedule (typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on interview schedules) Parking provided Competitive hourly rate based on experience Contract assignment with the potential for extension or permanent hire for top performers If you're interested in chatting further, please reach out to Molly at !
