Job Description
Job Description The HR Program Manager will lead the functional end-to-end delivery of a global Workday HCM implementation, serving as the primary point of accountability for program execution, governance, and adoption. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business objectives into scalable Workday solutions while maintaining momentum, stakeholder alignment, and delivery integrity. This person partners closely with HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, Payroll, system integrators, and executive leadership to ensure a successful implementation across all Workday HCM modules.
