Responsible Investment Program Manager

Experteer Overview As RI Program Manager, you will lead the lifecycle of FIIG's ESG-focused investment offerings, guiding strategy, design and external positioning. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate market trends and regulatory developments into competitive RI products. You'll shape roadmaps, analyze competitors, and ensure offerings meet evolving client demand across global markets. This role combines product leadership, market insight and stakeholder collaboration to advance FIIG's Responsible Investments agenda.

Compensation / Benefits

• Lead ESG-product strategy, roadmaps and business cases with internal stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for ESG-product design and enhancements
• Create external positioning, value propositions, and API-ready responses for FI's ESG & Investment process
• Support day-to-day client/prospect requests and act as internal ESG expert for training
• Maintain expertise on regulatory trends, standards, and best practices in ESG
• Monitor external frameworks (e.g., PRI) and market developments to align with client preferences Tasks
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years in ESG-product development, investment management, or manager research
• Strong understanding of global equity markets, institutional investors, and portfolio management concepts
• Proven knowledge of ESG-related investor & regulatory trends in EU (SFDR), UK and US
• Experience with ESG data providers and tools
