Responsible Investment Program Manager

Experteer Overview As RI Program Manager, you'll lead FIIG's ESG/SRI investment offerings, shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and external positioning. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate market trends and client needs into compelling RI solutions. Your work will help FIIG stay ahead of regulatory shifts and evolving standards in ESG investing. This role combines strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to advance responsible investment capabilities at scale.

Compensation / Benefits

• Develop ESG-product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases with internal stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analyses for ESG-product design and enhancement
• Create external product positioning, value propositions, and key responses for FI's ESG & Investment processes
• Support the RI team in daily client/prospect requests and act as internal ESG expert for training
• Maintain expertise on shifting ESG regulatory trends, industry standards, and best practices
• Monitor market developments from external organizations and reporting frameworks (e.g., PRI) to understand evolving standards and client preferences Tasks
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years in ESG-product development, investment management, or manager research
• Strong understanding of global equity markets and portfolio management techniques
• Proven knowledge of ESG-related investor & regulatory trends in EU (SFDR), UK, and US
• Experience with ESG data providers and tools
