- The Senior Director, Talent and Organization Development is accountable for budgets, performance, and results of the Talent and Organization Development team across departments/locations.

- + Leads designs and oversees the implementation of various talent management programs like organizational effectiveness assessment and improvement, career frameworks, career and leadership development, talent assessment, performance management, workforce and succession planning, organization design, and organizational transformation and culture change.

Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.Experience:
+ Minimum 10 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Talent and Organization Development, or a related field with some experience in a leadership roleLicenses and Certifications:
+ Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Preferred) + Project Management Professional Certification (Preferred)Work Requirements:
+ Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, walking, etc. Many sedentary jobs require good use of the hands and fingers for repetitive hand-finger actions.
