Head of HR About the Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven organization within a highly regulated industry that is expanding its U.S. operations and investing heavily in building scalable people processes, operational infrastructure, and employee experience initiatives. This is a highly visible and hands-on Senior HR Manager role that will serve as the primary HR lead for the U.S. business, partnering closely with leadership while supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational execution. Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the U.S. business across the full employee lifecycle Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, organizational documentation, and HR administration Coordinate employee changes, offer letters, compliance documentation, and HR processes Ensure HR operations are scalable, organized, and employee-focused HRIS Administration & Process Improvement Own and manage HRIS workflows, reporting, permissions, PTO tracking, document management, and process automation Drive HR systems optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives Develop reporting, dashboards, and people analytics to support leadership decision-making Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and employee experience Recruitment & Talent Support Coordinate recruiting efforts including interview scheduling, agency/vendor management, offer administration, and candidate experience Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment processes Help build scalable onboarding and hiring workflows to support continued company growth Employee Experience & Culture Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives Support culture-building activities, internal communications, and team events Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and positive employee environment Performance Management & Leadership Support Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, coaching conversations, and performance documentation Partner with managers on employee relations matters, team effectiveness, and HR best practices Assist with investigations, performance concerns, and employee communication when needed Compensation, Benefits & Compliance Coordinate payroll inputs, employee updates, bonus adjustments, and benefits administration Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and recognition initiatives Maintain HR policies and compliance processes in alignment with federal and state employment regulations Partner with external vendors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within lean or growing organizations Strong experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance Comfortable operating independently in a highly hands-on role Experience partnering directly with managers and senior leadership Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience with HRIS platforms; Rippling experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred SHRM certification or equivalent is a plus Preferred Background Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations Experience within SaaS, technology, fintech, insurtech, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving business environments Experience supporting distributed or international organizations is a plus Why This Opportunity?
