Job DescriptionTHE ROLECoface is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and drive HR strategy across North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico).This role operates as a key strategic advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategies while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture across multiple geographies.
The Senior HRBP will lead and mentor a team of HRBPs (1 US, 1 Mexico), ensuring consistent execution of HR initiatives while adapting to local market needs. This individual must bring strong business acumen, credibility, and accountability, with the ability to build trusted relationships with both local leadership and international stakeholders.
