In this role, you will: Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, and engagement Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple regions Oversee compliance programs, audits, and documentation processes Support team member development by identifying skill gaps and recommending growth opportunities Analyze compensation and benefits trends to help attract and retain top talent Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions Lead change management initiatives and cross-functional HR projects We're looking for someone who: Has 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Holds a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Brings strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development Is confident using HRIS systems and data (Dayforce experience is a plus) Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Builds trust easily and can influence at all levels of an organization Holds (or is interested in obtaining) HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR Is open to occasional travel and is ideally based in the Midwest Your Future with
