Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and youth-focused Case Manager to oversee case management in workforce development programs in the Greater Harrisburg Area. The Case Manager will ensure youth receive high-quality case management, career readiness services, and connections to education, training, and employment opportunities. The Case Manager will collaborate with a team of case managers and youth specialists to maintain a high-quality youth-centered approach across all programming. This position plays a key role in ensuring positive outcomes for youth participants and program compliance. Key Responsiblities Case Management & Career Services (70%) Ensure high-quality case management services are delivered to youth participants. Support youth in developing individualized service plans. Monitor participant progress toward educational, employment, and life goals. Support youth through career exploration, job readiness training, and employment placement services. Collaborate with community partners, schools, training providers, and social service organizations. Design and provide workshops as needed to support youth workforce development skills. Program Administration (30%) Ensure program services meet regulatory requirements (e.g., WIOA or other workforce programs when applicable). Maintain case files, while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements. Maintain records and tracking systems to support youth development objectives and outcome improvement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree in social work (LCSW) or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in case management, youth services, workforce development, or related fields. Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed records and complete required reporting. Experience with workforce development programs such as WIOA preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
