Human Resources Manager
  • Home Care Full Time Saint Elizabeth Home Care employees work one-on-one with our clients in their homes, creating the opportunity to develop truly impactful relationships and provide meaningful quality care through the power of human connection.
The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role supporting our dedicated Homecare team. We are seeking an individual who is able to balance multiple competing priorities with skill and grace, and possesses a solid Human Resources background, preferably in a healthcare setting. The Human Resources Manager is to assist in the recruitment, retention, and stewardship of our most important asset, our employees, in accordance with federal and state regulations and Saint Elizabeth Community policies and procedures. Qualifications for the
Human Resources Manager:
Bachelor's Degree 2-5 Years' Experience in HR Field Experience in a healthcare setting Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with and knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and incident reporting Experience with FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence administration and tracking Benefits administration experience, including health, dental and vision insurance, direct deposit, employee assistance program, employee referral program, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, 403(B) plan, tuition reimbursement, etc. Experience with Paylocity software preferred Recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Ability to multitask and handle multiple competing priorities Attention to detail, with the ability to also see the larger picture and also approach problems more globally Service-minded team player Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess the ability to communicate difficult messages with tact, professionalism, and kindness.
