Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all planning regarding the plant's human resources and workforce development, turning policies into executable plans and departmental procedures. In addition, performs all aspects of Payroll and Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, employee relations, employee benefits and more. Duties Conduct full cycle payroll and reporting. Administer compensation and benefit plans. Manage complete staffing process which includes full charge recruitment, interviewing, hiring, etc. Perform onboarding and offboarding processes with new hires and departing employees. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. Develop training materials and performance programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Develop, implement and maintain human resource policies and procedures. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Ensure the company's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Design and implement employee retention strategies. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Research compensation standards set by industry in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Experience 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with Generalist experience. Prefer experience in food manufacturing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience managing employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while promoting a positive work environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations or Organizational Development, Business, or related areas. Relevant work experience may be a substitute.

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
