Job Description

We are partnering with a leading provider of material handling and intralogistics solutions seeking an HR Manager to support and shape its growing organization. This role is responsible for leading core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to business leaders in building scalable people processes, strengthening leadership capability, and driving a positive and consistent employee experience. Essential Duties & Functions Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals, growth plans, and organizational design Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding Drive employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, job leveling, and vendor management Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including documentation, policies, and HR systems Develop onboarding, training, and leadership development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability Maintain HR policies, templates, role profiles, and employee lifecycle documentation Ensure consistent execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and engagement surveys Lead HR reporting, data analysis, and process improvements using HRIS systems Qualifications 5-10+ years of HR experience in a broad generalist or HR business partner role Experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR operations Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management Proven ability to build or improve HR processes in a growing or changing organization Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment For confidential consideration, please email careers@forgesc.com or apply directly.
