Currently the company is approx. 100 employees with 65 % in Charleston and the rest spread around 6-7 states.

Responsibilities:

This position will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for human resource management across the organization. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations including benefits administration, payroll administration, compensation tracking, workforce analytics, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development.
