Job Description

Your role As a Human Resources Manager at Power Technique North America LLC, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, engagement, and development aimed at keeping the company first in mind - first in choice for prospective and current employees. You will lead our people strategy to support the company in achieving its long-term goals, including fostering a positive, productive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction. You will lead our HR team and serve as a trusted advisor for managers, driving all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the talent acquisition process to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that positions the company as an employer of choice. Enhancing employee engagement, retention, and motivation to fulfill current and future business needs Formulating and executing HR strategies and initiatives that are consistent with the overall business strategy while implementing internal controls to mitigate financial risks associated with employment matters. Building a high-performing HR team, focusing on operational excellence and exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the business. Facilitating synergies between managers and employees, enhancing team interactions, and supporting employee performance and professional development Overseeing salary structure management following the Atlas Copco Group IPE approach to ensure equitable compensation. Coordinating the annual merit increase cycle alongside performance appraisals to motivate high-quality work and growth. Guaranteeing that all HR processes adhere to legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Empowering management in making informed, timely decisions through comprehensive people management analytics. Promoting a culture of 'People Care' by identifying and nurturing the skill sets of talented employees, ensuring continuous development opportunities. Creating and maintaining a positive working environment conducive to growth and productivity Your skills and experience To excel in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by a solid 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR management or as a Business Partner. A master's degree in Human Resources and/or certification as an HRCI-SPHR or
SHRM-SCP
is advantageous. A people-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to employee welfare, demonstrating your capabilities in implementing HR metrics effectively Past experience working in a cross-cultural environment. The motivation to learn & grow in a global organization. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and industry best practices, along with experience in HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors. Exceptional leadership, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
