Are you looking for a strong growth opportunity within Human Resources? We have partnered with a successful client on their search for a Sr. HR Manager with demonstrated history of process improvements and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Sr. HR Manager will oversee benefits administration, manage payroll administration, maintain and optimize HRIS/payroll systems, lead the coordination of annual benefit renewals, partner with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies, and administer and oversee the company's 401(k) plan. This role will serve as a key resource for employees while driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and improving HR systems and processes across the organization. What you get to partake in:

Coach, mentor, and guide HR generalist The ideal Sr. HR Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Other requirements for the Sr. HR Manager role include and are not limited to:
7+ years of human resources experience
SHRM Certification is a PLUS
Experience managing or supporting 401(k) plans
Paychex experience preferred
