This role offers broad HR leadership across a dynamic plant environment, serving as a key partner to site leadership and employees. You will play a hands-on role in driving business results through strong employee relations, engagement, and HR operations while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR guidance and solutions to support department and business initiatives. Lead employee communications, engagement efforts, and outreach activities. Support recruiting efforts, including job fairs and partnerships with government agencies and workforce organizations. Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, workplace issues, and career development. Assist with change management efforts and larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and interpreting applicable federal, state, and company HR requirements, laws, and regulations. Provide direction and advice on complex employee relations and workplace matters. Support compensation administration for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Analyze exit interview data and present trends and summary reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS
