As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Inspire greatness in your team. Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential. Position responsibilities include:
Develop and execute annual HR objectives and contribute to budget planning for staffing, productivity, benefits, and labor costs. Partner with hotel leadership to foster a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company culture and HR practices. Lead associate relations efforts, addressing concerns, guiding corrective action, and driving engagement and retention strategies. Direct recruitment and hiring strategies for all exempt and non-exempt roles to attract and retain top talent. Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development and required compliance training. Direct performance management processes and maintain accurate HR systems and records in compliance with all regulations. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while managing employee relations matters and investigations. Drive HR operations excellence through market analysis, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
5+ year progressive Human Resources experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
