Supervisor Workforce Team Industrial Services United States, Texas, Alvin 200 Hermann Drive (Show on map) Apr 24, 2026 Description Essential Job Functions Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values Oversees the coordinates the recruiting, hiring and staffing of projects in conjunction with District and/or Operations Managers by managing the distribution of technicians to assigned projects following Global Workforce processes and procedures Supports operations, and other Staffers/Recruiters throughout the organization to ensure manpower controls are maintained, utilizing full time then casual labor in support of the "
PUSH & PULL
" process Maximizes technician utilization by delivering direct support to the organization through the escalation of the Workforce request process Support coordinators to build technicians' job packet mobilization information and communicate project information directly to individuals Ensures technician compliance, including safety councils, DISA, Background Checks, and any other required screening in accordance with company hiring policy Ensures that the Manpower Sheets are provided to the division with all pertinent information on technicians assigned to the respective project Provides turnaround/shutdown project support as needed Ensures the maintenance of technicians' records to reflect all skills, competencies, job qualifications, customer requirements, training, and safety orientations ensuring forecast trackers are updated Oversees the team of coordinators to ensure technician travel has been set up including flight arrangements, lodging, rental vehicles, and per diem as requested Supervises and assists as necessary on the recruits skilled billable personnel for full-time and casual positions utilizing the Company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilizes all tools given to ensure proper documentation of efforts and to establish a database of candidates for future use Assists Turnaround and Project employees within the Workforce Group and escalates issues to Human Resources as necessary Completes Grandfather and/or Provisional statuses on all current and new hire technicians Reports incidents in a timely manner Attends various training courses as required Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Three (3) years' experience in a staffing or recruiting function within the oil and gas service industry Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Ability to coordinate and schedule pre-employment drug screenings in a timely manner Experience initiating and reviewing background checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards Good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows products. Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows Experience completing and verifying I-9 employment eligibility documentation in compliance with federal regulations Must have good logistical, organizational, and planning skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to participate in on-call telephone rotation to cover after-hours, weekends, and holidays (approximately once every six weeks) Self-starter Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • 25% Work Conditions Position is located at the District office Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday 08:00 am to 5:00 pm.
