You will serve as a high-impact consultant to our Finance, Legal, and People teams, ensuring our human capital is perfectly aligned with our most ambitious business objectives.

Strategic Architect:
  • Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies and transformation initiatives that directly fuel Sabre's long-term growth. +
  • Executive Catalyst:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to shape organizational decisions and steer the company through complex pivots. +
  • Culture Designer:
  • Lead the charge in building a high-performance, values-driven culture, advising on complex talent matters to ensure we live our leadership expectations every day. +
  • Organizational Optimizer:
  • Partner with executives to rethink organizational design, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity to boost operational performance. +

  • What You Bring

Experience:
  • 15-20 years of HR leadership, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments. +
  • Industry Savvy:
  • A background in technology, airline, or travel industries is highly preferred. +
  • Analytical Rigor:
  • Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to use advanced analytics to diagnose organizational trends and improve retention. +
  • Communication Mastery:
  • The ability to build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders and drive organizational change through clear communication. +
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and a collaborative "winning" attitude.
