Human Resources Director Onsite | Full-Time, Exempt |
Benefits:
Health, PTO, Retirement Position Summary Braun & Gresham is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead all aspects of the firm's human resources function — from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and plays a key role in fostering a high-performing workplace culture. This role is office based in our Dripping Springs location. Key Responsibilities Lead all HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate onboarding for new hires Oversee payroll processing, compensation changes, and benefits deductions Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement) and manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and providers Develop retention and engagement initiatives; monitor turnover trends Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR reporting requirements Investigate employee concerns and support resolution of workplace issues
Qualifications Required:
Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience
Preferred:
HR experience in a professional services or law firm environment • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification • HRIS/payroll system experience • Experience supporting a 25-100 person organization Reporting Reports directly to CRO, working closely with leadership to support firm-wide goals.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
