Job Summary:
The Junior Human Resources Account Manager will assist in various HR activities such as light recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive, customer service & people-oriented individual with an understanding of HR principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process for clients, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and background tests. • Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance as needed. • Assist with the organization of HR-related documents and employee records. Help in developing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Support in conducting employee performance evaluations and managing performance issues. Assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars. Perform research on HR best practices and legislation. Assist senior HR consultants and HR managers in planning and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records for clients. Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents and reports. Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist our clients with onboarding paperwork of new employees Respond to employee inquiries and provide general information as needed. Support the administration of HR policies and procedures for client companies. Assist benefits administration for clients. Provide general clerical support to the HR consulting team, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Support and assist the HR consulting team in the presentation of training modules for client companies. Participate in HR projects and initiatives for clients as needed Be a collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset. • Build and maintain good relationships with client contacts, acting as a point of support for HR-related questions and issues. • Represent Cano HR Group in a professional manner during all client interactions, both virtual and in-person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English & Spanish Abel to travel for client support on short notice Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of HR principles and best practices to guide and advise the company and its employees Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive working relationships with both team members and external partners Excellent communication skills to effectively convey HR policies and procedures to employees at all levels within the organization Problem-solving abilities to address a range of employee-related issues, from minor disagreements to more complex disciplinary matters Good organizational skills to manage several tasks at once, from recruitment to employee training and development Attention to detail to ensure that all paperwork, such as contracts and agreements, is accurate and up to date Basic knowledge of employment law to ensure that the company operates in compliance with all relevant legislation Experience with HR software systems for the efficient management of employee data Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• This is a full-time onsite position based out of our office: 6080 Surety Dr El Paso, Tx. 79905 . • Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within a [30-75 mile radius] to visit client sites to support client HR needs.
