In this role, you'll serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities Client Management:
Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions Lead regular meetings and present business reviews Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention Analyze trends and drive process improvements
Temporary Staff Support:
Oversee daily operations and safety compliance Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding Address employee concerns and attendance Support employee development and ensure policy compliance
Admin & Logistics:
Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting Maintain accurate records Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client
Recruitment & Hiring:
Screen, interview, and onboard candidates Build talent pipelines for future openings Track KPIs and support long-term goals
Experience & Skills:
5+ years in workforce management (preferably in logistics or manufacturing) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency Our mission : develop cutting-edge innovation to make the job market more fluid and accessible, and to support each individual with dignity.
