Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Location:
Multi-Site, Assigned Clinic Region (Daily Onsite Presence Required)
Travel Requirement:
Daily travel between assigned clinic locations is a routine and essential function of this position. Position Summary The Regional Human Resources Coordinator supports daily Human Resources operations across assigned clinic locations with Be Well Primary Care. This role is responsible for onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee support, timekeeping oversight, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The HR Coordinator serves as the primary HR point of contact for designated clinics and partners closely with clinic leadership and the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations. This is a hands-on, multi-site position requiring daily onsite presence within assigned clinic locations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment while supporting a variety of day-to-day workforce needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Records
  • Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding, including all required documentation and compliance forms
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of I-9s, employment verification, and personnel file setup
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with employment status changes and personnel documentation updates Recruiting & Hiring Support
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate hiring logistics with clinic leadership and Human Resources
  • Assist with applicant tracking and recruiting administration activities Timekeeping & Attendance
  • Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
  • Track attendance, tardiness, and missed shifts
  • Review and coordinate time correction requests with clinic leadership
  • Identify trends and escalate concerns to Human Resources leadership
  • Support timekeeping compliance and attendance documentation Employee Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee Human Resources-related questions
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and general Human Resources inquiries
  • Direct employees to appropriate resources for benefits and payroll-related questions
  • Assist with employee relations concerns and escalate matters to Human Resources leadership as appropriate Compliance & Policy Support
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with implementation and communication of Human Resources policies
  • Support compliance efforts related to employment practices, personnel documentation, and required regulatory records.
  • Assist with maintaining required acknowledgments, certifications, and compliance records Operational Support
  • Assist with performance review coordination and tracking
  • Support Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned
  • Prepare and maintain Human Resources tracking logs and reports
  • Communicate effectively with clinic leadership and staff to support daily operations Travel Requirements
  • This position supports an assigned region of multiple Be Well Primary Care clinic locations.
  • The Regional Human Resources Coordinator will be assigned to and work from clinic locations on a daily basis.
  • Daily travel between assigned clinic locations is a routine and essential function of this position and is not an occasional requirement.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the assigned region are required. Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of two years of administrative, Human Resources, or healthcare operations experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between clinic locations Preferred
  • Healthcare or multi-location experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, personnel administration, or timekeeping processes preferred
  • Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred Work Environment & Expectations
  • Multi-site role requiring regular onsite presence at assigned clinic locations
  • Fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and follow-through
  • Expected to build relationships with employees and leaders while providing hands-on operational Human Resources support Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move between clinic locations as needed
  • Ability to regularly travel between clinic locations
