Compensation:

Business development, outside sales, or account management experience within the staffing industry Experience selling staffing solutions to business clients Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships

What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory Conduct both inside and outside sales activities Build relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and industrial employers Generate new staffing opportunities for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements Conduct client visits, presentations, and networking activities Negotiate service agreements and pricing Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment Grow existing accounts while continuously developing new business Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals Required Qualifications Previous business development or sales experience with a staffing agency or makeup counter is
REQUIRED
Proven track record of generating new business and growing staffing accounts Experience selling staffing services in a B2B environment Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to manage a territory and work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Our compensation structure is designed to reward experienced staffing sales professionals. Base salary starts at a minimum of $50,000 and increases based on experience, track record, market, and staffing industry success.
