K Position Overview:
We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Supervisor to support and lead a broad range of HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Supervisor will serve as a key partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. This individual will also support day-to-day HR and payroll operations, including onboarding, payroll processing, and teammate support. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, strong work ethic, and personal responsibility while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations Manage employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Coordinate and support training and development initiatives Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and workforce planning Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR-related questions and concerns
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources experience, including exposure to payroll Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
