Human Resources Manager

Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like ADP, and guiding recruiting teams through effective interviewing and onboarding processes. Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as BCBC, UNUM and ADP. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Facilitate change management initiatives by designing organization structure improvements and leading succession planning efforts to prepare for future talent needs. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational design. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead change management projects and develop strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro; proficiency in ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels across the organization. Administrative experience in payroll processing using systems like ADP is preferred. Ability to analyze data collection reports for decision-making purposes related to workforce planning and employee performance metrics. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
