JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The Manager is responsible for addressing employee relations issues, recruitment, compliance, coaching leadership, HR processes and procedures; while serving as a change agent to drive business results. This position will help build leadership and management capability, enhance the employee experience, provide HR perspective to business decisions, and influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies. This position will have HR Business Partners and/or HR Generalists as direct reports.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded from time to time to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary. Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Works in conjunction with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain all policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. Partners w/business leaders to implement business plans, understand HR implications, hiring, retention, and training in alignment with business needs, support, influence execution of business plans & metrics Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Represent organization at personnel related hearings and investigations. Works closely with Director of Human Resources to create/modify company policies and HR procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and to provide a positive, engaging work environment that attracts and retains employees. Along with HRBP's, coaches and mentor's managers/supervisors on employee issues, performance management, disciplinary issues, and performance evaluations. HRBP's and HR Manager are responsible for transfers, promotions, and terminations of exempt and non exempt employees. May develop and perform activities that support recruiting and retention goals such as developing on-boarding curriculum, stay interviews and exit interviews. Monitor employee retention and turnover through analysis of data and exit interview feedback. Make recommendations to improve processes, programs to increase overall employee retention. Review and maintain employee data within HRIS to ensure accurate information and compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity objectives. Complete annual report, along with other corporate metrics. Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Provide for the selection, training, professional development, and work evaluation of subordinate staff and make recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion, and discipline as required. Develop annual performance goals during annual performance review process along with completing performance evaluation. Monitor and direct day-to-day operations of assigned personnel to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively; takes corrective action as necessary.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 3 to 5 years' experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR orSHRM-SCP
a plus. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce a plus.COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees to share information, solves problems, and instructs or train lesser skilled employees. Must have the ability to read and interpret complex documents. Must be able to write documents and correspondence. Proven experience in coaching/mentoring supervisors/managers, dealing with difficult conversations and maintaining professionalism during high stress situations. Spanish bilingual language skills a plus.Benefits:
