Scheduling & Operations Job Type:
Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Specialty Manager to oversee daily scheduling coordination, staffing, and day-to-day operational functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining appropriate staffing coverage, and supporting team performance across assigned locations or departments. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily schedules for staff and operations Ensure proper staffing coverage based on operational needs and workload Handle day-to-day operational support and problem solving Communicate with team members regarding schedule changes, coverage, and priorities Monitor productivity, attendance, and staffing efficiency Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and employee support Work closely with leadership to improve workflows and operational processes Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing records Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous experience in operations management, staffing coordination, scheduling, or healthcare/office management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly Proficient with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer programs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience managing multiple schedules or locations Leadership or supervisory experience Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Benefits Competitive pay Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment PTO and benefits package available
