Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate and compliant HR records Administer payroll in coordination with internal teams and external vendors Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support Guide managers and employees regarding company policies, performance management, and employee relations matters Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
