$50,000-60,000 base salary + uncapped commission About Medical Talent PRN Medical Talent PRN is a healthcare staffing partner that connects hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and outpatient providers with credentialed clinical professionals fast. When our clients need coverage, we deliver. We're growing, and we're looking for a Sales / Account Manager who can keep that momentum going. The Role This is a hunter-and-farmer role. You'll own a book of healthcare facility accounts, opening new ones, growing existing relationships, and being the go-to person clients call when they need staff. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, recruiting, and operations, working closely with our recruiters to match the right clinicians to the right shifts. If you like fast-paced phone work, building real relationships with decision-makers (Directors of Nursing, schedulers, HR directors, facility administrators), and getting paid for what you close — read on. What You'll Do Prospect and close new healthcare facility accounts (hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, clinics, home health, etc.) Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, drive shift volume, expand service lines, deepen relationships Take inbound staffing requests and partner with our recruiting team to fill them quickly Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and service agreements Hit weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, site visits) and monthly revenue / GP goals Track all activity in our CRM and provide accurate forecasts to leadership Represent Medical Talent PRN at industry events, facility visits, and networking opportunities What We're Looking For 2-5 years of B2B sales, account management, or staffing/recruiting experience (healthcare staffing strongly preferred) A track record of hitting quota and growing accounts Comfort with high-volume outbound, phones, email, and in-person visits Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, you can talk margin, bill rates, and contracts confidently Working knowledge of healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA) is a big plus CRM-disciplined (Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Reliable transportation for client visits A self-starter who thrives on-site in a collaborative team environment What We Offer $50,000-60,000 base salary + uncapped commission , top performers consistently earn well into six figures Clear path to senior account management and team lead roles Hands-on training and ramp support from day one Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays A team that celebrates wins, supports each other, and works hard together, in person, every day Annual Bonuses based on performance Company paid trips for top performers Medical Talent PRN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
