High Profile, Inc. has partnered with our client, a leading industrial manufacturing and maintenance organization, to hire a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at their high-volume Saginaw, TX production facility. As an integral member of the plant leadership team, you will drive business success by managing comprehensive HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and talent retention. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional with a strong manufacturing background who thrives in a fast-paced, urgent production environment. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Function as a core member of the plant leadership team, aligning human resources strategies with operational and production goals.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Lead local investigations, resolve ongoing employee issues, and proactively implement solutions to improve employee retention and engagement.
Program Administration:
Oversee and execute critical HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, training, policy implementation, and performance management.
Data-Driven Solutions:
Leverage HR metrics and data to identify talent-related trends, potential concerns, and support recommended business solutions.
Compliance & Fairness:
Ensure strict legal compliance, fairness, and consistency across all areas of employment law, compensation, and benefits administration.
Leadership Guidance:
Provide expert coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Community Culture:
Lead local community involvement and employee recognition activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strictly required (educational background verification will be conducted upfront).
Experience:
7+ years of progressive Human Resources Management experience.
Industry Background:
Strong HR experience working within a Manufacturing, Production, or Industrial environment is highly preferred.
Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively support the workforce.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
7+ years of dedicated experience handling complex employee relations, training, performance management, and legal compliance.
Leadership & Influence:
Proven ability to lead, influence, and build trust with employees at all levels of the organization—from frontline production staff to executive leadership.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / HRIS databases
