Description/Notes:
Sinton ISD is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director of Human Resources. This district leadership positionbines oversight of all human resources functions with districtmunications andmunity relations responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead district-wide HR operations including recruitment, staffing,pensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, andpliance
  • Serve as the district's Title IX Coordinator
  • Oversee personnel records, contracts, and policypliance
  • Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies
  • Serve as district spokesperson and liaison with media andmunity stakeholders
  • Coordinate district publications, press releases, recruitment materials, and public messaging
  • Support district leadership through strategicmunication and organizational planning This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can support both employee success and strongmunity engagement.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human resources, education, business administration or equivalent Mid‐management or Principal's Certification, preferred 5 years of experience in human resources management or public school administration 5 years supervisory experience Experience in employee relations,pliance, and Title IX processes preferred Experience in public relations, mediamunications,munity engagement, or districtmunications preferred
Salary Range:
