Recognized as the #1 Best Internet Service Provider in Northern Utah for three consecutive years, we're rapidly expanding and looking for a strategic HR leader to help guide our nationwide operations and support our M&A growth strategy. Role Overview:
We're seeking a Manager of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across the U.S. while supporting Wi-Fiber's rapid expansion. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for overseeing HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and supporting M&A activities across all states where we operate. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions across all locations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state labor laws. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design. Manage payroll and assist with compensation planning and overall compensation structure. Design and oversee recruiting strategy to attract top talent. Lead compliance audits, maintain HR policies, and ensure regulatory alignment across all states. Provide HR support for acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration of employees. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, supervisors and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while fostering a positive workplace culture. Oversee completion of HRIS implementation. Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and compliance with privacy laws. Required Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive HR experience Multi-state and multi-entity operations experience Experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy writing, and compliance audits Familiarity with payroll systems Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, aPHR, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) Experience supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and integration Background in tech or internet service industries Learning and development coaching experience Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Physical Requirements:
