This role is responsible for managing core HR functions and partnering with leadership on people-related matters. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for employee relations matters Administer investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues Provide guidance to managers on employee concerns and policy application!!!!!!1 Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Partner with managers to identify staffing needs Oversee onboarding processes for new hires Manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Support compensation review and administration along with guiding performance management processes Connect with leadership on compensation-related matters Control employee benefits programs, including coordination with vendors and brokers Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and communication. Including supporting employees with benefits-related questions and navigation Maintain HR systems, records, and documentation Sustain day-to-day HR operations across the organization Aid in improving HR processes and workflows
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience, depending on scope and depth of experience Experience managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations independently Ability to operate both strategically and tactically Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills High level of ownership and accountability Strong judgment and discretion Comfortable operating without direct HR team support Preferred Qualifications HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred to support effective communication with a diverse workforce Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
