Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a global organization, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across a large, complex organization Lead leadership discussions, provide guidance on workforce planning, and support organizational strategy Partner on talent management initiatives including performance management, promotions, and internal mobility Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts Analyze compensation data and workforce metrics to inform decision-making Advise leadership on employee relations matters and help navigate complex conversations Collaborate with teams on learning & development initiatives and employee experience improvements Support and guide management of a workforce of 300+ employees

About You:

Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience required Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations Strong analytical skills, including compensation analysis and data interpretation Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Union or guild experience is a plus

Permanent Salary:

$135K
