Duties Help This position is loced in the Human Capital Division, Human Capital and Resources Management Directore, Defense Contract Audit Agency. Functions as technical expert and advisor on Agency-wide HR-reled informion systems, innovions (e.g., artificial intelligence, robotic process automion), da repositories, system integrion, predictive modeling and da visibility. Develops new approaches to visualizing and analyzing critical human capital da, such as Time to Hire metrics, Time to Discipline metrics, performance management, awards/incentive programs, and workforce demographics. Proposes and implements recommendions to refine or improve HR tool, systems and technology. Manages a team of HR InfoSys Specialists, providing guidance on complex system issues. Troubleshoots discrepancies and leads problem resolution. Responsible for team training, project prioritizion, and ad hoc request distribution.
