Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development to support our company's growth and culture. Your expertise in human capital management, employment law, and change management will be essential in shaping a positive workplace environment. Join us to influence impactful HR strategies that empower our team members and elevate organizational success. This company employs over 200 employees with exponential growth occurring. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to attract top talent. Oversee inhouse recruitment team and assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Develop and implement performance management systems, including employee evaluations and succession planning initiatives. Administer employee benefits programs, including payroll processing through systems like ADP. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with HR best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation regulations, and affirmative action planning. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills and support organizational change management efforts. Maintain accurate HRIS data collection and entry using platforms like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for workforce management insights. Support organizational design initiatives by contributing to structure planning and implementing effective organization development strategies. Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management principles including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft for data entry and workforce analytics. Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures. Experience with benefits administration tools like Paychex or ADP for payroll processing and benefits management. Proven ability in project management, change management, and strategic planning within HR functions. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage employees at all levels and manage conflict resolution professionally. Familiarity with social media management for employer branding and recruiting outreach efforts. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and contracts administration.
