Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR-related matters while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving performance through effective human resource strategies. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Oversee employee evaluation processes, ensuring fair and consistent assessments. Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Manage affirmative action planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making. Provide guidance on FMLA policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and support for employees. Partner with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment. Skills Bachelor's Degree Over 5 years Human Resources experience Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices. Experience in strategic planning within an HR context. Proficiency in training development methodologies. Excellent data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics. Understanding of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
