Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR and Training Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and employee development programs. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition, oversee employee relations, and develop comprehensive training strategies that foster a high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure our HR practices align with organizational goals, promote employee engagement, and comply with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape workforce strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support our commitment to a thriving workplace environment. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational objectives. Oversee employee relations by mediating conflicts, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. Manage HR files. Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design, succession planning, strategic HR initiatives, and change management projects that promote organizational agility. Supervise HR team members by providing guidance on HR sourcing, employee evaluation processes, and HR management best practices to foster a motivated and effective team. Skills Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and workers' compensation procedures. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and HR sourcing techniques. Strong negotiation skills for contracts, benefits administration negotiations, and conflict resolution. Expertise in performance management systems, employee evaluation methods, and succession planning strategies. Excellent communication skills for delivering impactful presentations, conducting training sessions & employee orientation programs. Pay:
$41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
