Provide direct oversight to a team of three Staffing Consultants. You will handle hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing performance management to keep the team motivated and hitting targets.
Business Development & Account Growth:
Spearhead local market growth by prospecting new clients, networking, and finding solutions-based opportunities to expand our footprint with existing accounts.
Operational Excellence:
Manage branch operational metrics and KPIs to ensure consistency, strict legal compliance, and maximum workflow efficiency.

Brand Advocacy:
Actively network within the local community to generate both candidate and client leads while elevating brand awareness.
Recruitment Support:
Keep your fingers on the pulse of the market by stepping in to support the delivery team with full-cycle recruitment, candidate placement, and retention strategies when needed.

Tech-Savvy:
Ability to fully leverage multiple recruitment processes, ATS databases, and technology tools to productively deliver and track results.
Communication:
