As a Staffing Branch Manager, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts within your branch, driving growth and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and shape the future of workforce solutions. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be key to delivering exceptional staffing services that meet client needs and foster career opportunities for candidates. Duties Lead and motivate the staffing team to achieve recruitment goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday, iCIMS, or Bullhorn to source top talent efficiently. Manage end-to-end recruiting processes including interviewing, candidate evaluation, salary negotiations, and onboarding procedures. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, providing consultative support, and delivering tailored workforce solutions. Oversee employment law compliance, HR sourcing practices, and employee orientation programs to ensure legal adherence and smooth onboarding experiences. Utilize social media management tools and platforms such as Salesforce or LinkedIn to generate leads, promote job openings, and enhance employer branding. Conduct research on labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Skills Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close offers confidently while maintaining positive client relationships. Extensive experience in technical recruiting across various industries and roles, including executive recruiting and campus recruitment initiatives. Strong talent management capabilities with proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like PeopleSoft or UltiPro for data management and reporting. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Lever or Taleo; familiarity with Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos or similar platforms is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels, conducting interviews effectively, and managing internal employee relations. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring practices; ability to handle contracts and employee evaluations professionally. Proven ability in lead generation through cold calling, relationship management, research activities, and social media outreach. Strong organizational skills with experience in training & development programs focused on succession planning and employee growth initiatives.
