The Boeing Company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join the 737 Program in either Renton, WA or Seattle, WA . As a Front Line HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing the HR team to achieve operational excellence. Position Responsibilities:
Lead the 737 Program HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the business and contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery Lead, mentor, and coach HR team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback Ensure HR processes and activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Maintain open, transparent, and timely communication within the team and with other departments to promote a positive work environment Encourage and support team members to identify challenges and develop effective solutions Allocate workload and resources effectively to meet team and organizational objectives Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.) Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership." Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Human Resources certification 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range:
