Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$80,169 - $105,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Must have a flexible availabiliy to accomodate varying work schedules More about you Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Hospitality and events based experience a plus Seattle union experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends 10hr shift 12hr shift 8hr shift Events Who we are Delaware North manages food and beverage services at Climate Pledge Arena, home of the NHL's Seattle Kraken, WNBA's Seattle Storm, and premier live music and entertainment.
